**ePlan**2025 Wildfire Project. **Non-Eligible Fire Alteration ** ** Short-Term Temporary Permit pursuant to EO-4, valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. **A separate permit shall be obtained for each separate building, pursuant to Section 106.1 of the LABC, if the O.L. of the buildings will be permanently changed.** ** Short-Term Temporary Use Authorization (TLT) for Schools and Childcare Facilities to allow a temporary modification to Condition No.A.1 of CPC-2006-7806-CU-SPE-SPR-1A-PA8 to increase enrollment by up to 20 percent to accommodate additional students who have been displaced as a result of recent 2025 wildfires as permitted under the Mayors Emergency Executive Order No. 4 and pursuant to the Implementation Guidelines issued by the Department of City Planning and the Department of Building and Safety. The 20 percent increase in enrollment would allow a maximum of 996 students in lieu of 830 students. (For BLDG#3,4,7,8,9,10,11,13,14.)
