- EPLAN The scope of work is to structurally (seismically) upgrade the existing URM building. The retrofit is to comply with Appendix A, Chapter A1 of the 2022 California Existing Building Code with 2023 Los Angeles Amendments. The retrofit includes wall anchorage, parapet bracing, new plywood shear walls, and a new steel moment frame.
