REPLACEMENT OF ROOF WITH A CLASS 'A' ROOFING TPO MATERIAL PATCH AND REPAIR EXISTING INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILINGS. ACCESSIBILITY GUESTROOM UPGRADES TO INCLUDE: 11% (8) MOBILITY GUESTROOMS AND 5% (4) COMMUNICATION GUESTROOMS AND COMMON AREA ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES
