Work Description: SUPPLEMENATL TO 21016-10000-56985 FOR Modifications to previously approved grading permit B21LA22911 scope due to uncovered (e) condition. GC has discovered there is an (e) perforated pipe storm drain system wrapped in filter fabric that is located at the bottom of the ext. wall. The (e) waterproofing membrane has been damaged by tree roots growth and still needs to be replaced. Removal of the proposed french drain system, & corresponding details. The (e) perforated drain pipe has been called out to remain. Replacement of an (e) on-site asphalt drive aisle at the NW corner of the project. Scope will not be modifying anything within the public right-of-way. Removal of a portion of asphalt pavement at the SE corner of the parking structure, to be replaced with concrete due to vehicular use. The asphalt pavement to the S of that new concrete pavement will be slurry sealed.
