Replacement of damaged framing members (less than 10% of replacement cost of building) for houses and duplexes "COMPLY WITH DEPARTMENT ORDER effective date 12/09/2021. PERMIT WILL EXPIRE 30 DAYS FROM ISSUANCE DATE".
