No NEW scope of work. This 4th supplemental submittal is to update (2) exhibits in the approved Fire modification. The approved fire modification package and on the RTI stamped sheet G0.15 shows fire access ladder pads & steps at (2) first floor courtyard planters, one planter is shown as 30" high with (3) steps, the other planter is shown as 18" high with (1) step. Both planters were built as 30" high, with 3 steps. The Fire inspector walking the site, reviewed, has no issue, since the lower planter matched the approved 30" hi. planter and steps. He asked that the exhibits be updated in order for him to sign off.
