Cool Roof may be required for non-residential buildings per Title 24, Part 6, Section 149(b). (Two Inspections) Re-roof of the existing structure to match the existing roof in material and roof form. New roof will utilize GAF asphalt/composition shingles in the color "Sagewood." There shall be no exposed valley flashing. There shall be no alterations to the existing roof form, roof details, eave depth, eave details, or facades of the structure(s). All re-roof work shall comply with LADBS Cool Roof requirements.
