Per City Planning for Hist Pres Overlay Zone: Re-roof of the existing structure to match the existing roof in material and roof form. New roof will utilize Owens Corning COOL Roof collection asphalt/composition shingles in the color "Sand Castle." There shall be no exposed valley flashing. There shall be no alterations to the existing roof form, roof details, eave depth, eave details, or facades of the structure(s). All re-roof work shall comply with LADBS Cool Roof requirements.
