- SUPPLEMENTAL TO PERMIT # 19010-10000-01979 TO REVISE THE PLANS. Value engineering revisions include replacing exterior precast concrete panels, translucent walls panels, windows, and eyebrow canopies with insulated metal wall panels to match adjacent material. New concrete stem walls at eliminated precast concrete panels to support metal panel framing. Eliminate 1 elevator cab. Reduce second floor walkway screen to 42” guardrail height. Add new Entrance Facility C129 (Hangar) and M123 (GSE) to accommodate ATT fiber equipment. At building pad footprint, use lime treatment or engineered fill for fat clay layer. Revise interior finishes at floors, stair treads, walls, and ceilings. Reduce mechanical platforms and access ladders.
